el tax afecta solo a la experiencia base o tambien al job?????

Según tengo entendido es Base experience.
Si entiendes algo de ingles te quoteo un parrafo sacado del Faq de Ragnarok en IGN.
The Tax field is the amount of Base experience a member with the position willbe taxed or will be forced to contribute every time he or she kills a monster. For example, A guildmember has a position that has a tax of 10%. If that person kills a monster that gives a BaseExp value of 1000, then only 900 of that will go to the player. The rest will go to the guild experience. A
maximum of 50% tax can be assigned to every position, even the GM position.

Eso con tax de 10%

Es solamente con la exp de base, lo comprobe con mi hw. Estando lvl 99 y job 69 le subi muchisima experiencia a la guild y ganaba exactamente lo mismo como cuando no tenia tax.
