Tengo una duda..
Por qué no me funciona con los Orc Archer? Pero con cualquier otro Orc (no boss type) me funciona.

Debe ser por tu baja Dex y la alta Dex del Orc Archer.

La Skill Steal es afectada por la dex, asi como el Full Strip.
Descripción.
Attempts to "steal" an item from the targeted monster. Only items dropped by the monster can be stolen. A successful Steal attempt will not affect what is dropped when the monster dies.
After success, it is not possible to Steal again from the same monster. Boss, Frozen and Stone Cursed monsters cannot be robed.
The formula for stealing is: DropRatio*(DEX - MonsterDEX + 10 + 3*SkillLV + )/100 where DropRatio is the percent chance of a particular item being dropped.
If the result of the steal check is lower than the AdjustedDropRatio for an item, then it is possible that item will be stolen.

Si en un momento lo pensé, pero como es "chance" es solo de suerte o eso entiendo yo y me gaste bastantes barras completas de sp haciendo pruebas y nada .. pero gracias en parte se soluciona mi duda ;)

El cálculo se basa la fórmula expuesta, y como dices, es un chance, no es ni 100% ni 0%, asi como el drop de las cartas, es suerte.
Problema solucionado, cierro tema.
